Available Apartments

Ash Street Apartments offers fixed term leases beginning in early August. We begin accepting applications for summer occupancy in January and we can confirm your apartment beginning in late February or very early March, after our current residents have some time to let us know if they are renewing their leases. Please call for availability for other times of the year, as a few apartments may become available due to changes in our residents' plans.

Your apartment is guaranteed when you sign your lease. One half of your deposit is due when you sign your lease, the other half plus your first month's rent is due at the beginning of your lease period.

In Chico, if you are expecting to find an apartment in August, just before CSU, Chico or Butte College begin their Fall Semester, you could find yourself with a housing problem. Rental agreements for properties close to Chico State have fixed term leases so that we can guarantee apartments well in advance of when you need one.
