MWS Properties will need an original, fully completed application from you. You must fill out all sections and we must have a signature on the application. You can either mail or fax the application and other documents as required to us. When you move into your apartment, we will require a picture ID and a social security card to confirm your identity. Please do not modify any of our application and/or guarantee forms. If you do we will not process them.

We can give tentative approval with faxed documents, but we cannot offer final approval until we receive the original documents with your signature on them (and the original notarized guarantee, if required).

Please review our approval process, which is part of our application. Please, only send a guarantee if one is required as you review our approval guidelines.

At this time we cannot accept emailed applications. We do not want you to email us your personal data, which must include your social security number. There are security issues with emails and we do not have the security you would need on our site yet.
