All MWS Properties use the same Rental Agreements and Community Policies, but our Rental Agreement has check boxes allowing for several types with different terms. Please refer to the individual property and floorplan to determine which lease a property uses. Each property as a whole uses consistent terms.

Our intent is to update the sample Rental Agreement and Community Policies, but the actual Agreements you sign may differ slightly from these. Always read any agreement which you sign. Do not assume they are exactly the same.
